Principal Update
1. Encourage reviews on Niche and Great Schools
President Update (April Beauboeuf)
- SUSD Expo: participation update.
- Run Club - Fun Run Day March 30.
- Volunteer Support across general activities and next year.
- Event Best Practices.
- New Melvin Costume
- Parada del Sol. Next steps?
- Phoenix Suns Family Fun Night.
- CNY t-shirt sales (66)
- Scholastic Dollars Vote.
Site Council Update (Kortney Hohle)
- Funds allotted to further support Grand Canyon Field Trip buses.
- Payment for Jump Start Mandarin program.
- Site Credit tax rebate campaign possible for January 2025.
Mandarin Rep update (Amie Hegeman)
- CNY pins coming up for sale. Possible to sell t-shirts or other wares at CNY (Jan 31st, 5-7pm). Consider announcements and the marquee to advertise the t-shirt.
- Push more comms through email and teacher mediums. Share out through room parents more also.
- Event on Jan 31st.
- Robotics club happening in spring semester, not competition related.
Treasurer (Kristen Easton)
- Current bank balance ~$84,000 (down ~$4,000 from last month)
- Final Fall Festival numbers: (Income $7,748; Expenses $7,659; Profit $89). Income and spending took place across October and November.
- No other major income during the month - $430 from 2 family fun nights and some membership toolkit sales.
- Other significant spending included Be kind invoice ($4,950 - lower than budgeted); AIT ($1,287), and hospitality/teacher funding.

VP of Events (Whitney Graving)
- ALL Butter Braids have been delivered! Fundraiser is officially over. We raised 1162 dollars.
- Next up…Amazing Race planning! Committee will meet in Jan. to plan - date and time TBD
VP of Technology (Craig Doss)
- ETA to get student/parent lists updated in membership toolkit. AR template needs to be updated.
- Access to accounts is limited for extended family members; we should enable store access to all who want to access the link. Craig to send out proposal by Jan board meeting.
VP of Special Projects/ Campus Improvements (Samantha Oliver)
- Find the key to the marquee. Or have a new one made.
- Order the book vending pack.
- The district hasn’t removed the sign in the north parking lot. Samantha to review with Mrs Mills.
- Printer ink cartridges are super costly and continue to run out. Can we get cartridges at a better cost? Pacific Automation color printer. We will run out of budget shortly.
VP of Hospitality (Blair Geczi, Kimberly Lyons)
- May order a cake for Officer Pera. National SRO day is Feb. 15th.
- Holiday Baskets to be raffled next week.
- No Chili Cookoff due to low interest.
- January 6th, welcome back teachers breakfast
